Yesterday I found an AM New York article from last Friday about independent NY theaters which quoted Two Boots Pioneer Theater programmer Ray Privett and mentioned one Frankensteins Bloody Nightmare. I hope Pioneer’s December program of weirdo holiday movies hopefully packs ’em in, especially their screenings of Automatons with Angus Scrimm in Attendance and their Christmas Evil show with the director in attendance. In other New York movie news, those IFC screenings of Inland Empire and El Topo sound very interesting.
